Beginning June 1, the Medical Center will operate on its summer schedule of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Due to COVID-19 interruptions, the summer Visiting Specialists and Physical Therapy schedules will be subject to change.

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy, which currently is seeting patients on a limited to essential/well basis, is anticipating to be seeing patients on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning May 1. The Graduate Program is closed until further notice.

Visiting Specialists

Visiting Specialists are offering Telehealth consultations in the following specialties: OB-GYN, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Hand Surgery, Spine/Pain Management, Cardiology, Pulmonary Sleep Disorders, Nutrition and Endocrinology. Summer Prescriptions

Automatic renewal and delivery of prescriptions: Please remember to cancel or redirect your prescriptions to your summer place of residence. If Public Safety is picking up your prescriptions and delivering them to the Medical Center, they cannot be returned to the pharmacy. This can be critical in the case of ongoing maintenance medications. The Medical Center can support your off-season prescription needs by electronic communication with your preferred pharmacy.

If you are planning to travel this summer, we strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with the latest travel information and advisories at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Department of State.
