Lecture Series: Future of Extraordinary Medicine

Bo Boulenger, President & CEO, Baptist Health South Florida

Please join us at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, at the Cultural Center Theatre, for a presentation by speaker Bo Boulenger, President and Chief Executive Officer of Baptist Health South Florida.

Boulenger will present “The Future of Extraordinary Medicine” in the latest installment of the 2026 Medical Center Lecture Series.

As home to Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute, Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute and Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute-Baptist Hospital offer advanced care in oncology, heart and vascular and neuroscience — all in one location. Patients benefit from robotic-assisted surgery, leading-edge diagnostics, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to treatment.

A Magnet® Hospital for Nursing Excellence, Baptist Hospital was the first in Florida to earn this designation and the only one to receive it six consecutive times — placing it among fewer than 1 percent of hospitals nationwide.

Boulenger will present an overview of the health system’s comprehensive and specialized capabilities serving the region. His presentation will highlight the organization’s nationally recognized clinical quality, advanced technology and leading expertise across key service lines that brings world-class care close to home. Attendees will learn how Baptist Health provides seamless access across the continuum from emergency and hospital care to highly specialized services like cancer care, heart and vascular care, brain and spine care and orthopedics, as well as research and advanced treatments.

We hope you will join us to learn more about Baptist Health System’s capabilities and future innovations. Please join us for a cocktail reception following Boulenger’s lecture.

Mark your calendar for Night Out at the Medical Center on Monday, Feb. 9, when MCOR Visiting Specialist Raul Valor, M.D., will present “The Evolution of Bronchoscopy.” And don’t forget the All-Charities Weekend, Feb. 20-22.
