Regenerative Medicine and Pain Management

Researchers estimate that 50 million adults in the United States are dealing with chronic pain. Chronic pain is associated with reduced quality of life, increased medical expenditures and significant economic costs. It is the No. 1 reason patients see a doctor. In many cases, patients with chronic pain can benefit from initial pain-relief techniques that don’t rely on drug therapy. Regenerative medicine uses biologic therapies to repair or restore damaged tissue by activating the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
