Summer Service Reminders

Please note that from June 1 to Sept. 30, the Medical Center’s hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. The Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Department is open with complete service offerings during business hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. When the center is closed, you may call 305-367-2600 and select option 1 to reach the on-call provider.

A select number of specialists will continue to provide services throughout the summer months. Information is available in the Visiting Specialist menu and on the Medical Center’s page in the Ocean Reef Press. You can schedule an appointment online or call Pam Zimmerman at 305-367-6702.

New to the Ocean Reef Community?

We encourage those who are new to Ocean Reef to stop in and pre-register at the Medical Center. A convenient Athena patient portal is available to patients who have registered. Click the MyHealth Login button on the home page and follow the instructions to set up your personal health account. You can use the patient portal to make appointments, exchange messages, review billing statements and view your personal health records.

Reminder: Automatic Pharmacy Refills and Delivery

Please contact your Key Largo pharmacy and update the instructions for your automatically refilled prescriptions that are picked up by Public Safety. Once picked up by Public Safety, prescriptions cannot be returned or refilled by another pharmacy. If you utilize the Pharmacy at Ocean Reef, staff will continue to maintain your medications and can ship them to your northern address. The Medical Center supports your off-season prescription needs by electronic communication with your preferred pharmacy.
