The Medical Center has a wide selection of on-site Visiting Physicians and, when possible, provides additional physician choices for each specialty. We are pleased to announce to new Visiting Specialists, expanding your range of choices in Optometry and Gynecology here at Ocean Reef.

Optometry

New this season is the addition of Dr. Joanna Cotter, a licensed medical optometrist at Loh Ophthalmology Associates. Loh Ophthalmology Founder Dr. Jennifer Loh came onboard last season, and with the addition of Dr. Cotter they now offer the complete spectrum of eye care. A board-certified optometrist, Dr. Loh was honored by being named a “Premier Surgeon Top 300 Innovators in Refractive Cataract Surgery.”

Dr. Cotter completed her residency training at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami. She has been recognized for clinical excellence with the Southern Council of Optometry and has received the William Feinbloom Low Vision Award. Gynecology

Gynecologist Jason James of FemCare OB-Gyn is a familiar face at the Medical Center and is pleased to announce that Jila Senemar, M.D., will also be seeing gynecology patients at the Medical Center.

Dr. Senemar joined FemCare OB-Gyn in 2005 and is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She has a special interest in robotic gynecologic surgery.
